Mostly positive, good support

I purchased the Mister-T1 Pretreatment Machine a few weeks ago. The machine itself is quite solid and does a good job. I had a slight issue with understanding some of the settings, but customer service was responsive and helped me through it, which was great. My only minor suggestion would be for the manual to be a bit more detailed, maybe with some clearer diagrams. But overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and the support I received.

Thinking of trying their DTF inks, but I use an Epson F2100. Are Ecofreen's DTF inks compatible with Epson printheads?

I've used their DTF ink with my modded Epson, and it works fine. Just make sure you're getting the right type for DTF, not DTG.

Yeah, they mention compatibility with Epson heads on their site. I've had no issues with clogging or anything like that using their stuff.

What's the return policy like for Ecofreen, especially if I buy a bunch of their DTF film rolls and then change my mind or my printer dies? Can I send them back?

Opened ink bottles are usually a no-go for returns, fyi. For film rolls, if they're sealed, you *might* have a shot, but I'd check their exact policy. Equipment is usually easier.

I returned some unopened supplies once, no problem. But yeah, if it's opened or used, especially ink, I doubt they'll take it back. That's pretty standard for consumables.

I got my T1 last year, and it was about a 2-3 week lead time. They build 'em to order usually, so it's not like Amazon prime.

I think they only ship within the US for the stuff on their American site. You might have to check if they have a Canadian distributor or a different regional site.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's US only from that specific store. I looked into it for a friend in Mexico once, and it wasn't an option.
